Your password is never shared

OAuth 2.1, not a shortcut
Connecting runs on OAuth 2.1 with PKCE — the same standard Google and Microsoft use for their own sign-in — verified by signed tokens, not a shared password.
Nothing lingers on Daylet's side
Daylet keeps no table of active connections. Remove Daylet from ChatGPT's or Claude's own connector settings, and there is nothing left here to switch off.

Do I need to know anything technical?▼
No. You add one address in ChatGPT or Claude's connector settings, sign in once, and approve a permission screen. There is no code, no API key, and nothing to install.
Can the assistant cancel or accept a booking by mistake?▼
No. It cannot act on its own — every change is shown to you first and waits for your yes. Nothing is written to your calendar without it.
Which assistants does it work with?▼
ChatGPT and Claude are the two tested clients. Any assistant that supports MCP connectors connects the same way — check your plan with them first, since connector support varies.
Is my guests' data shared with OpenAI or Anthropic?▼
Your assistant only sees the booking details needed to answer what you asked, and only in that moment. Daylet does not send your guest list anywhere in the background, and does not use your bookings to train anything.
What does MCP mean?▼
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol — the open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an outside service like Daylet. You never have to think about it: it is what makes the connector address in step 1 work.
Does this replace my Daylet dashboard?▼
No. It sits alongside it. Everything stays visible and editable in Daylet, and your booking page, widgets and emails carry on exactly as before.
How do I disconnect?▼
Remove Daylet from ChatGPT's or Claude's own connector settings — that is where the connection lives. Daylet does not keep a separate one to switch off on this end.
What if I need something the connector doesn't do yet?▼
